Can I pick up my order in a stationary store?

Yes. It is possible to pick up an online order in our boutique at Koszykowa 1.

How long is the delivery time for an order with personal collection?

Orders with personal collection are processed within 3 business days. You will be informed by e-mail when your order is ready.

How long is the lead time with shipping?

We prepare and ship our orders within two to seven business days.

What should I do if there are problems with the payment?

Re-order. If a given size is unavailable, please contact our store.

What shipping methods are available?

We send our orders via DHL and InPost courier companies.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping by DHL courier costs PLN 20, InPost PLN 15.

How can I pay for online purchases?

Payments on our website can be made via PayU and PayPal. They are done using a secure SSL connection.

How much time do I have to pick up my order?

The time to pick up a paid and ready order is virtually unlimited. However, we would like to point out that for possible returns and exchanges, the date of purchase on the receipt is binding, and not the date of receipt.

How can I return purchased items?

Returned items together with the completed return form attached to purchases or downloaded from our website should be sent back at your own expense or delivered directly to our stationary store located at:

How much time do I have to return purchased items?

Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.

When will I receive a refund for returned items?

The refund will be made to the account within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the returned items by us.

How to make an exchange?

Please send back the item together with the completed return form attached to the purchase or downloaded from our website and place a new order. Exchanged items must be returned at your own expense or delivered directly to our stationary store located at:

Can I return/exchange items purchased personally in a stationary store?

Items purchased in a stationary store are not returnable. They can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
