Returns and complaints

RETURNS

You can return products purchased in our online store within 14 days of receiving the shipment. 

In case of personal collection, you can return your purchase within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Send or bring the returned items along with the completed returns form to our boutique address:

Refunds will be made within 14 days of our receipt of the returned products and will be made using the payment method you selected when making your purchase.

The garments are secured with a seal. If the seal is broken or removed, they cannot be returned.

For hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return: swimsuits, panties, hair accessories and earrings. 

COMPLAINTS 

You can file a complaint in person or by email by sending photos of the product and the completed complaint form to info@kyosk.pl or by bringing it together with the advertised product to our stationary store in Warsaw located at:

We will consider the complaint no later than within 14 days from the date of its submission.
