RETURNS
The customer may withdraw from the contract concluded via our online store within 14 days without giving any reason.
The customer is a natural person who purchases products in the online store for purposes not directly related to his or her business or professional activity.
The deadline for withdrawal from the contract expires after 14 days from the day on which you came into possession of the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you came into possession of the goods, or in the case of the delivery of multiple goods that are delivered separately, from the day on which you came into possession of the last item or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you came into possession of the last item, and in the case of personal collection it is 14 days from the date on the receipt.
To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, you must inform us: KYOSK EDYTA ROJEK Sp. k., ul. Koszykowa 1, 00-564 Warsaw , e-mail address: info@kyosk.pl about your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You can use the model withdrawal form available on our website, but this is not obligatory.
In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send information regarding the exercise of your right to withdraw from the contract before the withdrawal deadline expires.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees in connection with this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or until you provide us with proof that you have sent back the goods, depending on which event occurs first.
Please return the goods to us at the following address: KYOSK EDYTA ROJEK Sp. k., ul. Koszykowa 1, 00-564 Warsaw , immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.
You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from their use in a manner other than necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
For hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return: earrings, panties, swimsuits, mugs and thermoses, and hair accessories.
The clothes are secured with a seal. If it is broken or removed, they cannot be returned.
You do not have the right to withdraw from the contract in the cases referred to in Article 38 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights.
COMPLAINTS
The Seller is liable to the Customers for the lack of conformity of the Product with the contract under the terms specified in Chapter 5a of the Consumer Rights Act.

Complaints may be submitted in writing to KYOSK EDYTA ROJEK Sp. k., ul. Koszykowa 1, 00-564 Warsaw or by e-mail to the following address: info@kyosk.pl.
When submitting a complaint, you may use the complaint form template available on our website, but this is not obligatory.
In the event of a complaint being submitted without using the complaint form template, it is recommended to include at least the following in the complaint: 1) first name, last name, correspondence address and contact details; 2) information regarding the date of conclusion of the contract together with confirmation of its conclusion; 3) information and circumstances regarding the subject of the complaint, in particular the type and date of occurrence of the defect; 4) a request regarding the method of handling the complaint. The above information will help us to efficiently conduct the complaint process.
We will consider your complaint immediately, no later than within 14 days of its submission. Failure to respond to your complaint within the above deadline means that we have deemed it justified.
