The Trendiest Colors and Patterns for Autumn-Winter 2026. Burgundy, Brown, Beige, and Gray
The first autumn collections are already here! As always, with the change from the summer to autumn season, the fashion color palette brings a sense of calm. However, this doesn't mean saying goodbye to color! As you know, KYOSK has always loved colors and patterns! That remains unchanged for us.
EMBER THE NEW SOCIETY PANTS
This year's collections show that a mix of bold colors with a sophisticated, muted base is a great combination. Intense reds, purples, and cobalt appear on the runways, but alongside them, shades that are particularly well-suited for autumn-winter wardrobes hold strong: burgundy, chocolate brown, deep navy, soft beige, and gray.

This is a palette in which we feel perfectly at home. We love combining timeless classics with strong patterns and colorful accents.
In the autumn collections of brands such as The New Society, By Malene Birger, SISSEL EDELBO, and The Garment, you'll find minimalist knits and classic cuts, as well as plaid, animal prints, and strong, decorative embroidery and textures.
Burgundy — The Trendiest Shade of the Season
If there's one color worth investing in this autumn, burgundy should definitely be at the top of the list. Burgundy is a color that is both versatile and unique, elegant and full of character. It appears in shades as deep as wine and more muted ones, bordering on brown or purple. It looks brilliant as a total look and as a single accent.
Pair the aubergine shirt Derris By Malene Birger with blue jeans, e.g. Milo CLOSED, and brown Pacassie Pavement loafers. This is an ideal everyday outfit that also works for the office.
Pair the ruffle shirt Vega The New Society in a deep burgundy shade with wide, dark gray high-waisted pleated trousers Merci The Garment and sleek, leather heeled ankle boots Paisla Pavement.

Brown — The New Definition of Autumn Classic
Chocolate brown has been consistently strengthening its position for several seasons. It's the perfect color for autumn. It's easy to combine with strong colors like cobalt, yellow, green, pink, and also to use it in minimalist, calm combinations with more conservative colors like navy, black, or beige. A brown handbag, scarf, or shoes nicely elevate a classic look.
Brown should also be combined with burgundy. This combination has exactly the mix of warmth, elegance, and nonchalance that best captures the character of the season.

Our favorite brown products from the autumn collection include the charming logo-patterned bucket bag Marylle By Malene Birger, knitted trousers Damasville American Vintage, embroidered Matias ANTIK BATIK blouse, and insulated suede loafers Pavilde Pavement.
Beige — A Calm Base for Stronger Accents
Beige isn't going out of style, but in the AW26 season, it becomes more than just a safe neutral. It's a base that allows for experimenting with color, proportions, and patterns.
Beige will also work great as a contrast to stronger colors. A burgundy blouse, beige trousers, and brown accessories? Definitely yes. A chocolate coat, a cream sweater, and gray accessories? Even better.
It is also a color that allows for the use of one of the most important trends of the season: layering. AW26 collections show that an outfit can consist of many elements that do not compete with each other but create a cohesive whole.

NAYA POLO THE NEW SOCIETY SWEATER
The beige sweater with lace trim Como Crochet The Garment and the great matching knitted skirt Como Crochet The Garment will work perfectly here. We also love the thin, transitional jacket with folk embroidery Maria ANTIK BATIK.
Gray — From Office Classic to Fashion Statement
Gray returns in the 2026 season in many forms: from light melange to deep graphite and charcoal. Our favorite shade is "carbon," an intense, elegant gray.
Gray works well with burgundy. This combination is more refined than the classic red and black pairing and gives the outfit a modern, urban feel. It's also worth combining gray with brown or navy — especially if you want to create a look in the spirit of modern minimalism.

How to build an autumn-winter wardrobe in the season's colors?
The biggest advantage of this year's palette is the ability to create many outfits from a small number of items. Instead of treating trends as a "shopping list," it's worth creating your own color base.
Burgundy + navy — feminine and elegant. A burgundy blouse and navy wide-leg trousers, plus sleek ankle boots, and we have a beautiful autumn look.
Brown + beige — a very natural and warm combination. Earth tones that work great in autumn. A beige blazer, a brown flared skirt, and a chocolate handbag - the perfect combination.
Gray + burgundy — urban minimalism. A gray suit with a burgundy handbag = ❤️
Beige + black — a classic, contrasting combination. Pair an oversized beige sweater, black cropped jeans, and leather ballet flats.
Strong color accents this season also include red, yellow, white, and pink.
INDIE BLACK IRIS JACKET
Plaid, animal print, strong colorful embroidery + neutral base — a way to create a super interesting and characterful outfit
